Methodology
During the Assessment Center the candidate will be able to demonstrate his/her competencies in very diverse situations.
Several well elaborated, scientific-based tools will be used such as behavioral tests – personality profiles -organizational tasks – in basket – case studies – presentations – functional discussions – role plays – 360°degrees questionnaires, etc ….
Today, as a result of research and innovation, we present you our new e-prep rational assessment tool consisting of a variety of personality questionnaires. Translating the results into competency scores are a start to determine alignments and discrepancies between the present and the desired competency level.
Interactive
During the assessment day the candidate will be asked to demonstrate a maximum interactivity in different tasks aligned to the specific function and in line with his/her capabilities.
Target group
Open to everybody on all levels. Nor the function nor the person are the limiting factors.
Assessment Centers are open for all level of functions and all levels of management.
The Competency report
The Assessment report contains the today’s most important competencies. This report will be the basis for an open and objective discussion about the present skills and expectations, and will result in an overview
of alignments or discrepancies between the present situation and the future needs of the organization. The reports are available in English, French and Dutch.
