We are directly linked to the Ministry of Health and over the last 20 years we have succeeded in building an excellent reputation in research and specialized treatment in the domain of ophthalmology.

Currently we are looking to reinforce our staff with a Nursing Unit Manager. As a Nursing Unit Manager PDPA you are faced with the challenge of guaranteeing the efficiency of your ward.  On one hand this means making sure that the patients receive the best possible care. In this light you will work closely together with the charge nurse to stay informed of the care requirements for each patient. On the other hand you have a responsibility towards managing your staff. Therefore you will need to make the right decisions regarding the recruitment of new staff members and the management of nurses that are already present in your staff. We feel it is our duty to support our colleagues in their professional development.

As a manager you will be responsible for the strategic and operational planning of your nursing staff. You will also be involved in developing operational plans and strategies that will help realize the short-term and long-term goals we want to reach within this hospital. This also implies that you will need to make up the budget plans for your unit.
